Creating change through targeted giving since 2001

Beginning in 2017 The Hynes Foundation will continue the commitment of the Hynes family to a diverse philanthropic mission which includes support for Catholic education, its institutions and students.  Through scholarships, annual giving, donations to targeted programs and grants, consistent with its interest in such areas as Entrepreneurship and STEM initiatives (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), the Foundation focuses on vehicles to spark problem-solving skills and creative thinking.  The Hynes Foundation anticipates a more diverse mission which will extend to advancing women’s justice issues and eldercare advocacy.
